Believe it or not and a number of mainstream scientists will agree there is probably some type of extraterrestrial life out there in outer space. However, they are not talking about the type of extraterrestrial life as believers of UFOs and aliens believe there is. These mainstream scientists are speaking about simple one-cell life organisms. In simpler terms, they are referring to bacterial life with pretty much no corresponding intelligence whatsoever. Basically, these organisms live in extreme types of weather and would have no real appreciable levels of intelligence compared to human beings.
These types of organisms might be found on other planets but when you talk about extraterrestrial life in the sky, it will be a totally different story. The UFO or alien hypothesis has many people believing that there is intelligent life out there. While this may be the case, it's unlikely to be just one species with us. The hypothesis is that many intelligent species exist in our galaxy and have visited our planet at some point. The idea here is that the earth may have been seeded by some kind of aliens who came to get some knowledge from the people on this planet so they could return to their own home planet and make more contact with other intelligent beings.
It's believed that these extraterrestrials or UFOs may be here to help the human race. There are a number of different views on this subject from both sides but this is what believers of extraterrestrial life and UFOs believe in. With so little known about the universe and how it works, it's hard to say if anything like this is really possible but there are many people out there who do believe that intelligent life exists elsewhere and that some of these species could have visited Earth at some point. There are a number of different ways both sides try to make their case and it really comes down to what each person believes in.
There are many facts that have been discovered recently. The first is that there are many stars out there in the Milky Way Galaxy that have planetary systems just like our own. There could be thousands of earth-sized planets orbiting these stars which means that it's very likely there has been life on some of them in the past and possibly even in the present time. Scientists and astronomers believe that life revolves around stars so this makes sense and is highly likely to happen again. It's believed that alien life from space is already here on Earth visiting different parts of the planet when they feel like it or a time is right for them to make contact with humans or their governments.
To the vast majority of scientists and people that would be exciting enough however for ufologists and UFO hunters, they believe in much more advanced lifeforms. In fact, they believe in such highly developed lifeforms they are able to travel throughout space and even abduct humans and perform scientific experiments on them. They have also been said to have alleged multiple abilities which humans do not possess such as telepathic communication, advanced intelligence, and in some cases various paranormal/supernatural-like abilities.
Not only do UFO researchers believe they are aliens/extraterrestrial life but there are also different kinds or species if you will. Apparently just like human beings have different races and different backgrounds so do alien beings. In addition, just like human beings, it is said that there are benevolent aliens as well as malevolent ones. Consequently, the good aliens are seeking to help humanity while the malicious aliens are looking to take over or cause harm to us.
In reality, it is said that there are more different kinds of aliens than human beings on Earth. There are approximately 100 different kinds of aliens, especially entities that are good or benign. It is believed that there are also more than one hundred different kinds of bad aliens out there as well. In an effort to save us, the good aliens have come down from space in their spacecrafts to help us grow and become wiser, while the bad aliens are intent on controlling the world.
In the past, during times of war, it was said that UFOs were witnesses to what military officers and pilots saw in the skies above them while fighting for their countries as combatants in battles near them. There are people who also believe just like human being's aliens have their own type of wars and there are intergalactic battles happening deep in outer space at any given point. It is believed that these battles are being fought with warriors who are on different sides.
Allegedly, there is an alien race called the Mantid that has six legs and wants to conquer the people of earth. Another alien race called the Draconians wants to take down humans and control them. In general, UFO researcher says our modern wars are said to be inter-planetary wars as well. UFOs have been witnessed fighting in what appears to be a war zone in space during times of war like World War 2, World War 1, and the Vietnam War. World War 1 actually happened because two of the biggest powers at the time were seeking to acquire some secret information from a downed saucer that crashed near their borders.
UFO investigators believe it is just a matter of time before all this is proven. They believe eventually there will be some type of government disclosure and or undeniable proof that will be discovered and presented to the general public. It is thought that the government/military will be forced into an unenviable position where they will have to come clean about all of this.
